Princess Planet is here!!

I am thrilled to announce the project that I've been working on since January, Princess Planet! It's a project designed to bring true diversity to children's media and make every child feel that there is a princess like them, no matter where they are from or what they look like. This kind of equality and diversity is long overdue and I'm thrilled to be a part of bringing it to the world! Please support us on our fundraiser at Go Fund Me!  Your donation will make it possible for us to publish the coloring books and storybooks we've been working so hard on. and THANK YOU!

Honestlie Band Logo

Hello! I just finished work on a logo for the band Honestlie, whose music can be found here!
I had a lot of fun with this one, getting to stretch my legs a little with something other than character design! There are three versions, two stickers and a facebook banner. Enjoy.

6-26-2015. Finally!

So it turns out, this is what happens when I'm overwhelmed with joy because of the triumph of love over stupid antiquated rules. Rainbow explosions. This is my tribute to love, marriage equality and my favorite animated couple. Enjoy!

Howdy! Here's a few little caricature portraits of myself and the author Kara S. Tyler for use in our new book series The Adventures of Ninja and Bunny! I'm a little creeped out by mine, but people tell me it looks like me. Not sure if that's good or bad. Oh well!

Game Environment and Characters - Brawlhalla

These Characters and the stage above were designed for an art test for the awesome game Brawlhalla which is currently in beta on steam. The company Blue Mammoth is working on this super fun Super-Smash style game and I can't wait to see it in it's final form. This test was ridiculously fun. I think I'll do more cartoony stuff like this more often!

Jayda Gray has blue hair.

I was doodling Jayda for fun this week and discovered that she has blue hair. Iiiii like it. Anyway, here's Jayda. She makes mischief and occasionally enough money to put fuel in her plane.

Nous sommes Charlie Hebdo

I like to imagine this is what's going on right now. These men (and several more people whom I do not have the honor of knowing their faces) lived their lives in the pursuit of making people laugh through art. Ultimately, I think it's important that we remember that life is about being happy during the limited time we get to spend living, and about making our brothers and sisters of the world happy. Because we all share this planet together. Anyway, I like to imagine that the folks from Charlie Hebdo are having a laugh right now with their fellow man. #JesuisCharlieHebdo

Almost Eden Armor Designs

Some Armor Designs I've been playing with for our Almost Eden setting. I'm trying to get sort of an equal blend of mechanical and organic looking shapes. I'll likely revise these again in the future, but for now I'm pretty happy with them! From the top down, Light, Medium and Heavy armor suits.

Mother's Day 2014

This is something that I've had an idea for in the back of my head for a few years, but never quite put it all together. A very condensed family history including myself, my youngest brother and our parents. (Many more shenanigans to be told including our two older brothers, but that story is for another day and a larger canvas!) We have phenomenal parents, and I couldn't have had a better childhood. Yes, even with the angsty teen-years and early college drama. My brother recently joined the Army, and after seeing how proud of him my parents are, I felt that was a fitting close for this piece and was able to throw it together for Mother's Day. I love you, Mum!
